Magpie Cakes is based in Washinton DC and is owned and run by Maggie, a former dancer with one of the nation's premier ballet companies, she was then accepted into the L'art de la Patisserie program at the French Pastry School. After graduating with honours and alot of time under instruction and guidance from world renowned chefs and pastry experts Maggie has set up her company. Her cakes are totally different from anything we have seen, beautiful and subtle...simple and sophisticated.
