Ok so this is not very wedding like..but there are Hummingbirds involved!!! Just came across these gorgeous necklaces and beaded jewellery over on the fab wedding blog LOVE MY DRESS.They are produced by the designer CLARA FRANCIS

Clara is self taught and produces these beatiful beaded necklaces and jewellery. The collection includes: hummingbirds (we love!), animals, butterflies and flowers, some are three dimensional and crafted to drape just perfectly. With an acute passion for colour especially those derived from nature - the shades and tones are rich then subtle, teals and aquas and gorgeous pinks and bronzes.

Clara has Exhibited at london Fashion Week, The V& A, been commissioned to produce pieces for Tracy Boyd and also has a stall at Spitalfields market (always worth a visit!)

We are thrilled to launch our NEW 'Silhouette Collection'

It received a fanatstic response at the National Wedding show last week and is now ready for ordering! A stunning and glamourous postcard invitation, with black printing and a black envelope..to really make a difference! We have six of our chosen designs and six gorgeous quotes for you to choose form. The designs can be personalised with your Initials, Names or Date of Wedding. The back of the popstcard is printed with your chosen wording. If you have a design of your own we can easily personalise your wedding cards! We will have more images up shortly! We don't have them available on the website yet but if you see something you like just drop us an email or give us a call in the studio and we can put a quote together for you.
Card colours are: Vintage Gold, Silver Lustre, Quartz, White, Aqua, Pink Dew and Nude

Spring!

So nice to have a bit of sunshine at long last! Makes the world of difference.
I managed to get out in the garden this weekend, (which is well overdue)...and thought I would share the pickings with you.
Gorgeous 'Hellebores'...braving the cold weather, they bloom in early spring. We have seen these gorgeous little flowers featuring in lots of vintage bouquets, along with peonies, roses and anemones... a simply stunning option for an early sopring Wedding! Great to decorate your wedding tables in little vintage bottles too!

Some new friends....

We always like to have a little scout around at the wedding shows, to find our favourite stands with beautiful products and nice new people to add to our recommendations!
At the show last weekend we came across some lovely people:
Firstly Anna, of Anna Tyler Cakes....
These are just the most gorgeous creations, and very delicious too. Anna has had a passion for cake making since she was a little girl, and her creations are stunning.

My favourite is the beautiful tiered number below, with Wedgewood blue icing and delicate patters in white, I can imagine our lasercut designs translating beautifully
(espescially our heart design!)

National Wedding Show NEC
